Component Date/Deadline
Roster Update #1 - Start of Semester

  • Click on “Edit Positions” to remove the “Associate Member” position from anyone that has been initiated into the chapter. They should be listed as “Member”.
  • Remove anyone who is no longer a member of the Chapter by clicking the check box in front of their name and then clicking the “End Membership” button. Be careful not to delete anyone who is supposed remain on your roster. If members are studying abroad, select "Member abroad". Do not delete them from your roster.
  • Review your roster to make sure that all members are included. If members are missing, click on the “Invite People” button to add members. Each member must log-in and accept the invitation before they will become visible on your roster. It is your responsibility to ensure that members accept the invitation.

SOLID Workshops for Officers

Attendance Requirement: Chapter presidents.  IFC, UCPC, IGC & NPHC council leadership are strongly encouraged to attend.  All Presidents' Forums will be held in-person, the first Friday of every month.

Semester Status Update

This is an e-mail sent to chapter presidents BY the Center for Fraternity & Sorority Development. Note: These grades are contingent upon grade release reports. Check *Scholarship* requirements and talk with your advisor for more information.

This grade is the final grade for the culminating semester (Fall 2021). The following components will be calculated for the Fall 2021 semester status decision and overall culminating grade:

  • CFSD Advising + Programming Requirements (Snapshot Meeting, General Advisor Meetings, Risk Management Advising Meetings, Risk Prevention Workshop attendance (Hosted by CFSD), and Intake & New Member Education attendance (Hosted by CFSD))
  • Chapter Information Submissions (Chapter Information Update Report, Chapter Advisor Contact Information, National Risk Management Policy, National Crisis Management Policy, Valid Certificate of Insurance, New Member Education Request Form- if applicable, New Member Report- if applicable, Service & Philanthropy Report, End of the Semester Report, ALL Roster Updates)
  • Individual Member Completion (Anti-Hazing Agreement Form- 100% of Active Members, Brave & Bold Dialogues- 100% of New Members ONLY, Hazing Prevention Certifications (Hazing 101 AND FSL Module)- 100% of New Members ONLY, Arête Leadership Academy attendance- Officers ONLY)
  • SOLID Workshop Completion (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, New Member Educator, Risk Manager, and Social Chair ONLY)
  • Scholarship (grade reports do not become available until Winter Break. Organization's December 20th grade could change pending GPA reports- check with your advisor about this.)
