New Member Report

Every organization is required to submit the names of any new members to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life each semester. This form should be used to report all aspirants/candidates/prospective/new members by the first Friday of October for the Fall semester or the first Friday of March for the Spring semester. If you have a large number of new members, or prefer not to type in each person individually, you can also utilize and upload a completed New Member Report Template.
