EOE Deadlines

If you run into challenges when using our forms, please submit your supporting documents via email to: greeklife@uconn.edu. Chapters may view current EOE tracking here: EOE Tracking EOE TRACKING FOLDER ACCESS WILL BE REMOVED/OFF FROM MAY 30, 2025 – AUGUST 18, 2025. (To request access, please complete the EOE Tracking Share Request Form).  Additionally, please pay attention to date the file was last updated, as the tracking is manual and will not be updated daily.

Roster Update #3 - End of Semester

    • Review your roster on UConntact to make sure that all members are included AND all new members are indicated as “Associate Member.” (Please leave fall new members as "associate member" through the next term's first roster update.) If members are missing, click on the “Invite People” button to invite them and make sure they accept the invitation by the deadline.
    • “End Membership” of any associate that was not initiated and any other person that left the chapter. DO NOT REMOVE DECEMBER GRADUATES/TRANSFERS, unless they cancelled during the fall semester.
December 5
End of Semester Report

All organizations are expected to submit an End of Semester report. The report must include:

  • Officer Information
  • Semester Reflections (highlights and challenges)
  • Service and Philanthropy Information
    • Navy-status: Chapter hosts three (3) philanthropy events AND completes an average of 12 volunteer hours per member.
    • Grey-status: Chapter hosts two (2) philanthropy events AND completes an average of 6 volunteer hours per member.

The Request for Intake/Recruitment form must include:

  • New Member Education Program

Educational Program Proposal

Organizations must submit an Educational Program Proposal for programs not included on the pre-approved program list. All proposals must have their event approved in advance by CFSD. Please review the Requirements for Educational Programs before submitting.

5 business days prior to the anticipated event
Educational Program Reflections

Upon completion of an educational program, the chapter is responsible for completing the Educational Program Reflection and providing documentation of attendance participation.

  • Navy-status: 2 educational programs
  • Grey-status: 1 educational program
Within 10 business days after the program. Reflections will not be accepted after December 7.
Collaborative Event Reflections

Upon completion of the collaborative event, the chapter is responsible for completing the Program Reflection and providing documentation of attendance participation. Each collaborating chapter must submit their own reflection.

  • Navy-status: collaboration with a chapter in the SAME governing council AND collaboration with a chapter in a DIFFERENT governing council (events will alcohol will not be considered)
  • Grey-status: collaboration with a chapter in the SAME governing council OR collaboration with a chapter in a DIFFERENT governing council (events will alcohol will not be considered)
Within 10 business days of start of the program. Reflections will not be accepted after December 7.
Philanthropic Event Reflections

Upon completion of the philanthropic event, the chapter is responsible for completing the Program Reflection and providing documentation of attendance participation, how much money was raised, and where the funds were donated. 

    • Navy-status: Chapter hosts three (3) philanthropy events
    • Grey-status: Chapter hosts two (2) philanthropy events
Within 10 business days after the program. Reflections will not be accepted after December 7.
New Member Report

Roster Update #2 - Mid-Semester

  • Roster updates are made on UConntact.
  • All new members must be added as "Associate Members". The new members MUST accept their invitation to join your organization for this process to be complete.

All new/associate members and new transfer members must register for and complete the:

modules on the CFSD Husky CT Course. Students are added to Husky CT Course when the New Member Report is submitted.

within 10 business days of the start of the new member education/intake program. The final deadline for completion is November 23.

Semester Status Update

Your chapter president will receive the semester status update by January 9, 2026.

This is an email sent to chapter presidents by the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Development. The chapter status shared in the status update is contingent upon academic grade reports (while we anticipate receiving the report before the status update, we cannot guarantee that). Review the scholarship requirements or talk with your CFSD chapter coach for more information.
