Chapter Document Update

The Center for Fraternity and Sorority Development requires that all recognized fraternities and sororities submit the following documents annually:

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • National New Member Education / Intake Program
  • National Risk Management Policy
  • Chapter Crisis Response Plan

If at any point during the academic year any of the above changes or expires, the organization must submit an updated version within five (5) business days.
