The Council Retreat is held the first weekend of Spring Semester. Council Retreat is designed for council leadership from all 4 councils to engage in leadership development and team building. Center for Fraternity and Sorority Development staff facilitates a variety of sessions for students on topics including: inclusive leadership, goal assessment and position based leadership training.

All Council Leadership are REQUIRED to attend. If you have any conflicts, you will need to contact your Council Advisor. Once you have contacted your Council Advsior you will need to email greelife@uconn.edu. Please be sure to include your name, position you hold, council you are apart of.
