The purpose of Alpha Kappa Lambda at the University of Connecticut can be simply stated as an organization founded to facilitate the opportunity to develop the individual; successful in his career, family and community. In the modern atmosphere of collegiate life, the adherence to familial and righteous values is a challenge that few can accomplish alone. Alpha Kappa Lambda at the University of Connecticut provides an environment conducive to those values, deeply rooted in the Five Ideals that all members come to know: leadership, loyalty, scholarship, self-support, and Judeo-Christian principles.

During my time as a brother of Alpha Kappa Lambda, I have had the privilege of building strong bonds and growing alongside an exceptional group of individuals here at UConn. Together, we share a commitment to reservation, composure, intensity, and discipline—continually challenging one another to become the best versions of ourselves. Serving as President of the Gamma Pi Chapter has been an honor, and I am proud to lead such a well-rounded and driven organization. |
