IMPACT is a leadership institute designed to foster improved relationships among campus leaders through an intensive, interactive program. It is expected that change will be the result of an IMPACT weekend. Participants determine what that change is through their participation.
The IMPACT curriculum emphasizes problem solving, leadership development, values-based decision making, effective communication, and community development.
All chapter presidents and council officers are expected to attend this annual Greek Leadership Retreat at Camp Jewell (Colebrook, CT). All participants should return to campus the Friday before the start of the Spring semester so that we can board buses and depart for the camp early Saturday morning. The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life will cover the all costs (transportation, lodging, and meal) for all participants.
